Jack Loucks Dies |
Jack Loucks, former President of the Kiwanis Club of North
Vancouver and former Mayor of the City of North Vancouver
died on September 7, 2006. Our club expresses its sympathies
to his family. Jack was President of our club in 1966 and
was an active Kiwanian until just a few years ago when his
health began to fail.
